Gail Cohen Quoted in Barron's Penta Article on Incentive Trusts

In the May 17 issue of Barron’s, Gail Cohen, Vice Chairman and General Trust Counsel, was quoted in the article titled, Incentive Trusts Can Keep Your Heirs Motivated.

In this article, Gail provides her thoughts on the potential risks and shortcomings of incentive trusts, which are trusts that impose conditions for distributions such as those tied to education, employment and other criteria.
